This weeks missions:
Hand-Me-Downs: Gather up some stuff you don't use much anymore and give it to someone who can use it.
Pray with someone: Ask God to lead you to someone and pray for them.
Tax collector table: Go to a non-Christian venue and hang out with those who do not know Christ. Be a positive influence!
Reflex: Buy a gift card for someone.
Outside interests: get involved at a non-Christian event and let your light shine.

This is where the rubber really meets the road. If you are like me, you are finding out that some of your mission's have no return. Sometimes not even a thank you. But in the famous words of will farrel, "keep trucking, keep on keepin on". Sometimes fruit looks like cabbage.
ReplyDeleteI am blessed. I confess that I did not look at this week's missions until recently... Without even knowing it, I had already completed two of them just by daily asking God to use my life as a 'Love Mission' to others... This really does bless me just as much as God has used me to bless others.
